We cannot recommend Bethel highly-enough. Bethel and his team resumed the renovation of my father's house in the winter of 2021 after the previous contractor abandoned the project. He met with us quickly to review the scope of the project. His team, led by Gerardo, did an outstanding job installing a new kitchen, combining two bedrooms to form a master suite, installed a new en suite bathroom, and built a washer/dryer closet on the main floor. New hardwood and luxury vinyl plank flooring were installed, as-well-as a new front door (and storm door), and two new windows. All related painting, trim, electric, plumbing, and hot-water heating work was also included, and done well. Always asking "Are you happy?", and "How does this look?" throughout the project until the final walkthrough, made my Dad feel involved, and that he had a say in the details. Bethel has a deep faith, and an extensive list of contacts that allowed him to schedule work to continue without downtime or waiting. We have other work that can wait until Spring, and there's no question that we'll be hiring Bethel and his team again.

We had an absolute disaster with our sink flooding our master bathroom and leaking into our family room ceiling. I called B&S and Bethel and his team were here within an hour and a half and calmed me down and started working quickly to remedy the situation. They moved all of our furniture out of the way, and back after they were finished clearing the flooded drywall. They were so kind, professional, and quick! I’m so grateful to find an honest, and reliable contractor. Once this emergency work is complete, we will certainly be calling B&S for all of our home improvement requests.

I hired B&S to build a ramp for my dog to get to her yard without worrying about the steps. They did a great job! The ramp is sturdy but mobile if I ever need to move it. And they put a non-slip covering on top for better traction. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

From Tragedy To Perfection, About a year ago I hired a contractor by the name of Bob Clark HE said he had experience and that he was licensed to do bathrooms and homes and patios that was a year ago other contractors came in after the mess Bob had made and said they couldn't do the do over to repair the bathroom exactly a year from today maybe a year and a half my husband was in the barbershop getting his hair cut and he was listening to a conversation of a young man talking to the other barbers by the name of Bethel six months pass from my husband getting a card from Bethel describing what kind of work that he did after being rejected by contractors and upset with contractors taking our money and we getting The Dirty end of the deal we finally called Bethel he came out he inspected the bathroom got on it the same day look at God look at God won't he work and do it for you I am so pleased with the work Bethel has done him and his crew that all I can do is thank God for him and his crew he is truly a godsend here are the pictures of the last contractor and here are the pictures of the bathroom now have patience and wait and God will send someone your way

The property had a long checklist of items that needed to be addressed. With the guidance of the company’s owner, Bethel and expertise of his crew, all items were completed ahead of schedule and well below budget. Quick Response: If you call them, they will come. I received the quickest response from B.S. Home Improvement Environmental Universal General Services LLC when I was fielding potential general contractors to work with on the project. Attention to Detail: Whenever there was an issue that popped up due to the construction of the home or its care before my purchase, Bethel would help me find solutions and address them head on. I am very appreciative of the effort and attention that was taken throughout the project. Beyond Expectations: When doing a walkaround with Bethel, I showed him in detail all the items I wanted to get done on the project. To my surprise, we discussed briefly about my desire to finish the unfinished garage with drywall and a sealant… when I received the quote for the project, the cost was well under budget and included the wish list item. I am so proud of the work done in the garage. It has become a storage area and room for our exercise equipment. Flexible: When renovating the property, we replaced all the appliances. However, we kept having issues with the delivery of our refrigerator. In order to have the refrigerator installed, it required the B.S. Home Improvement team to take down our stair rails and put them back up to after the refrigerator installation. It took 4 refrigerator deliveries and 1 whole month to finally get a new refrigerator installed and the work on the project had been completed a week before. The B.S. Home Improvement team, came back to reinstall the stair rails as promised, even though the request was outside of the tasks outlined in the project. On Time and Punctual: Many of the requests took less than a day to complete and were completed ahead of schedule. Also, if Bethel tells you he will be there, he and his team with be there. No waiting around or wasting of your time. Would I hire B.S. Home Improvement again? Absolutely. I have plan in the coming months to have them complete a few more improvements that I put off due to time constraints and maintaining our budget. I am so grateful that I found that right team. Bethel and his team did a wonderful job replacing our crooked/paver front porch and walk with a solid concrete setup. The old setup had issues with water runoff around the foundation, but B&S leveled the new groundwork and corrected the vertical supports without issue.

B&S Home Improvement did an incredible job on the remodeling of our bathroom. Bethel's head contractor came on Monday to see the job, Bethel came on Tuesday to check the job, had our quote on Wednesday, signed agreement on Thursday, material came in Friday and Saturday, and Monday his team started working, they finished the project in 5 days. Bethel game each day at least twice a day to check up on his crew, who by the way were very hardworking. They showed up every morning between 8a and 830a, they worked the entire day taking only lunch, and didn't leave until after 6p and they even worked a couple nights till 830iah pm. Our remodel was an emergency, our main bathroom had been leaking from the toilet for awhile and we didn't know it was happening, when we did find out, we had to tear the subfloor out in the entire bathroom. Bethel pulled his team off a project and put ours ahead of all others, do to not having a shower, sinks, and toilet. Bethel is one of a kind, professional, hardworking, down to earth, friendly, respectful and of all very caring. We definitely enjoyed our time getting to know his team of Andreas, his wife, and brother inlaw as well as Bethel. We will definitely stay in touch with Bethel as he is like a brother and family. We will also use B&S Home Improvements on future jobs, matter of fact my wife has already started talking with Bethel on future projects. Quickly came out to clean my overflowing gutters, and to install a new mailbox and post, since mine was knocked out of the ground and broken, when a car hit it. I Thank God for B&S Hone Improvement. I was trying to get this mirror hung up for an whole year and know one seem to have the time to come put it up... I was even told the job was to small.. I called this company on May 19, 3022 and they was here the very next day.. The fact that the owner is a man of God made me very comfortable. Electrical issue with part of my house not working, now works

I woke up in the morning to a flooded bathroom and noticed my toilet shut off valve was broken. I made multiple calls around and not a single company was willing to either answer their phone or come out so I may have running water the same day. Until I called B&S. They were professional, on time, affordable, and I am so grateful for them. I recommend this company to anyone in need of professional home services.

I had an emergency service request where the faucet in my shower lost tracking and will not close. The water was running for an hour or so until someone gave me their number. I called them and within half hour someone showed up at my door with what was needed to fix the issue. I didnt know what was needed but they already knew the issue. They had me temporarily turn off the entire water system in my house, which was not a bother. But how swift they were actually amazed me. I was so grateful. Almost a month later, no issues, I am so glad they replaced that cartilage if thats what it's called.

B&S insulated and drywalled our attic storage room and garage. It looks great! Very happy with how it turned out! Also appreciate being able to make a couple improvements to the job along the way and the personal help with what shelving to buy at Lowe's. Thanks much!

B&S were professional and respectful. The access door to the water shutoffs, in the crawlspace, had been replaced by the previous owners with just a piece of wood. So a new frame needed built, and sealed, along with an appropriate new access door installed. The door they ordered and installed is all metal, and looks very nice. The work area was cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated being updated throughout the entire process. There are quite a few projects that are needing done, and I fully plan to have them do more work for me. Definitely recommended.

We are very impressed with the work Bethel has done for us. So far, he has repaired and reinstalled a post on our front porch, caulked and repaired the other posts, power washed several areas of siding , demolished and disposed of a bulky wood and metal structure, and strengthened our back deck. All work was completed promptly and professionally. Bethel showed up within a day of my initial inquiry to survey the work I needed done, promptly provided me with a written estimate and was able to schedule and complete the work very quickly. He communicated clearly what he was going to do, when he was going to show up and left his work areas spotless. So in sum, I can highly recommend B&S Home Improvement.

Calvary Church uses B & S for their cleaning services. We were hit by the tornado in August, 2020. We needed cleaning done in our school in order to get it opened in a timely manner. B & S was exemplary in their response, their thoroughness, their excellent standard of cleanliness, and their flexibility with working around a unique schedule. We continue to use them as our cleaning service for occasional deep cleaning and sanitization during this COVID season. We would recommend Bethel and his team to ANYONE!!! They care...really care!

Across the board.......above and beyond what we’d hoped for. In a pickle to open our school after tornado damage, these guys came in and literally erased the memory of the damage and mess we saw. I called because there was mold growing on a window sill in my daughter's room. He came out the very next day to give me a quote and after I accepted the quote he was out to fix the issue the very next day. In addition to fixing the mold problem he took the time to figure out why I had a mold problem and he fixed that too! He is quick to respond with the expertise to back it up. He was also very polite and respectful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend B&S home improvement, you won't regret it.

He came out so quickly to take a test of our basement to see if there was mold down there. After it was confirmed to have mold he came back the next day for treatment!! He was quick and very friendly. I would recommend him for anything!!! I love this company!

We needed new skirting around my mom’s mobile home. Going down the list and making calls, leaving messages and waiting for callbacks is a giant pain.
